PT Spekta Tech Nusantara Completes E-Survey Project for PTAM Bandarmasih
Banjarmasin, August 12, 2026 — PT Spekta Tech Nusantara held a project closing meeting and finalized the handover of the Customer Satisfaction Survey Information System for PT Air Minum Bandarmasih, developed as a Website/PWA (Progressive Web Application).
The meeting marked the final stage of the project carried out by PT Spekta Tech Nusantara to support PT Air Minum Bandarmasih in conducting customer satisfaction surveys through a digital platform.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the completion of the project, the finalization of the Handover Certificate (BAST), and the formal closing of the project following the completion of the agreed scope of work.
As part of the project completion process, PT Spekta Tech Nusantara handed over the E-Survey system to PT Air Minum Bandarmasih. The system was developed as a Website/PWA-based digital solution to support the implementation of customer satisfaction surveys.
The project closing meeting also provided an opportunity for PT Spekta Tech Nusantara to express its appreciation to the parties involved throughout the project. As a commemorative gift and a symbol of appreciation for the cooperation established during the project, PT Spekta Tech Nusantara presented commemorative plaques to PT Air Minum Bandarmasih and the Statistics Study Program of Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM).
