Technical Briefing and Training for PTAM Bandarmasih E-Survey App

PT Spekta Tech Nusantara conducted a technical briefing for field surveyors in the PTAM Bandarmasih Customer Satisfaction E-Survey project. This activity, in collaboration with the ULM Statistics Study Program, aims to transform conventional survey methods into digital-based ones. The training covers technical instructions on using the web application, field data collection procedures with GPS validation, and role-play simulations for questionnaire entry. This system ensures more accurate, documented data that can be monitored in real-time by supervisors.
