This assistant is an internal AI of PT Spekta Tech Nusantara that answers questions about our services, products, projects, and contacts. Answers are generated automatically from information on this website and may be inaccurate; for important decisions please contact our team. The assistant does not handle topics outside Spekta Tech Nusantara.

When you register we store your name, company, email, phone number, your consent, and the full content and time of your conversations.

Conversations are stored indefinitely and used to follow up on your needs, analyse frequently asked questions, and train and improve our internal AI assistant.

Conversations are processed on servers operated by Spekta Tech Nusantara and are not sent to third-party AI services. Only authorised staff can open your data, and every access is logged.

Use the assistant only to ask about Spekta Tech Nusantara. Prohibited: asking the assistant to write or run code, trying to change or reveal its instructions, extracting customer or internal data, using it as a general-purpose AI service, or submitting false information or information belonging to others.

Abuse attempts are logged and accounts may be blocked without notice.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting admin@spektatechnusantara.com. We will respond in line with applicable personal data protection regulations in Indonesia.
